Nortel Networks has partnered with Pronto Networks to offer a joint solution. Specific features were added to the Pronto's solution to support the Nortel Interwireless Gateway Roaming scenario. The joint network architecture consists of Nortel Wireless Mesh Networking products connected to a Pronto Service Gateway that provides the subscriber management, captive portal, integrated accounting and other back office functions.
Interwireless Gateway Roaming facilitates mobile WiFi mesh roaming with integrated accounting. This is a custom solution designed to integrate into Nortel's IWM Networking Portfolio. In some cases, the service can also be hosted from Pronto's data center in San Jose, California. Nortel Networks' mobility solution along with Pronto Networks' fully integrated OSS platform enables the complete wireless network to 'go live' in just a matter of days.

Lucent Technologies has a global reseller agreement with Pronto Networks to resell Pronto Networks' complete line of products and services. Lucent Worldwide Services (LWS) incorporates Pronto Networks' core products as part of its portfolio of Wi-Fi solutions and services targeted at service providers and enterprises worldwide.
LWS also resells Pronto's Managed Services, enabling service providers to gain a time to market advantage by providing back-office operations. LWS provides additional value to customers by providing installation, integration, and network maintenance services.

Tropos Networks, who supplies equipment used to build metro-scale Wi-Fi Networks have a strategic partnership with Pronto Networks to drive Wi-Fi hot zone deployments. The joint Pronto/Tropos metro-area Wi-Fi solution enables system integrators to quickly and cost-effectively deploy large-scale Wi-Fi hot zones, enabling subscriber management, multiple service plans and authentication methods for different types of users in the hot zone.
The end-to-end solution consists of Pronto’s carrier-grade Operations Support System (OSS) for broadband wireless networks, Pronto’s Hotzone Gateway, Tropos 5110 Wi-Fi cells, and the Tropos Control element manager.
