Motorola has partnered with Pronto Networks to offer a joint solution offering for WLAN networks. Pronto Networks' fully integrated OSS platform enables the complete wireless data network to 'go live' in just a matter of days. Leveraging the capabilities of Pronto UniFi OSS for wireless broadband networks (WiFi and WiMAX), Motorola and Pronto Networks have planned specific integrations for meeting this challenge of supporting WiMax and other future convergence networks.

Nortel Networks has partnered with Pronto Networks to offer a joint solution. Specific features were added to the Pronto's solution to support the Nortel Interwireless gateway roaming scenario. The joint network architecture consists of Nortel’s wireless mesh networking products connected to a Pronto service gateway that provides the subscriber management, captive portal, integrated accounting and other back office functions.
Interwireless gateway roaming facilitates mobile Wi-Fi mesh roaming with integrated accounting. This is a custom solution designed to integrate into Nortel's IWM networking portfolio. In some cases, the service can also be hosted from Pronto's data center in San Jose, California.
